Is Watches and Wonders Geneva 2021 digital event, a private event ?

As of April 7th, you will be able to access the public pages of the website even if you are not registered. On these pages you will find publications of the participating brands as well as a daily retrospect in the morning show.

The event will take place from April 7-13, 2021.

Will I be able to change my password later ?

Yes you can change your password by clicking on preferences in your account.

I lost my password, how can I connect to my account ?

If you have lost your password, you just need to click on the link "password forgotten" when you log in. You will receive an email in order to define a new password.

Can I change my login email ?

Your email is your identification in order to access the digital platform, therefore you can not change it yourself. If you wish to use another email address please send a message to :

Do I have to put a picture in my profile ?

No, the profile picture is not required. It just makes the interaction between users more user friendly.

Who will be able to see my profile picture ?

Your profile picture will only be visible by the attendees the Watches and Wonders Geneva 2021 digital event.

What kind of files are accepted for my profile picture ?

For your profile picture you can either download a .jpj file or a .png file.

What is the maximum file size authorized for the profile picture ?

The maximum file size for the profile picture is 5 Mo.

In the preferences in my account what does it mean to allow notifications ?

By allowing notifications in the preferences of your account, you will receive an email invitations for each session added to your agenda.

Will I be able to change my profile information later ?

You can access at all times the information regarding your account by clicking on the profile icon, on the top right of the page and by choosing the preferences you wish to browse or change.

How can I contact the brands that invited me ?

In the "Brand contacts" section, you will find the list of the brands that have invited you as well as their email contact.

When will I be able to see the program ?

The complete program with all the details of your schedule is currently available.



How do I Explore my Program?

To explore your program you must be connected to the WandW Platform. The program contains private sessions (upon brands invitation) , as well as open sessions. You can register to any session you are invited to or add to your calendar any session that you are interest in.

How Do I see my Calendar?

To see the sessions you have added to your calendar, click on toggle in the filters bar to select 'Calendar' on the left of the filters bar on the Program page. The calendar will appear with your program.

How do I add sessions to my Calendar?

Please note that you must register or confirm a session in order to create your own Calendar and attend the various sessions.

If you have already been invited to a session, you can confirm or decline by simply clicking on the proposed buttons.

Note that some sessions might require a validation after you have registered. In that case a message will be displayed to inform you of your request status.

How do I remove sessions from my Calendar?

To remove a session from your Calendar, you can either decline it (if it is an invitation) or click on the "X" button if you are already registered.

Note that the sessions declined or removed will still be visible in your program, for you to re-register if you change your mind.

How to attend a live session?

To attend a live session you must be registered to this program. The registration process is possible if you are invited to a session or if you are eligible to it (for self-registration).

Ten minutes before the session becomes Live the link will be displayed and available. To gain access to the presentation, you just have to click on the Session and click again on "Watch this event live now" button.

Note that an entry code might be required to enter. In that case it will be mentioned just below the "Watch Now" button.

How can I Interact during a live session?

Live sessions might propose a public chat with the others attendees, or Q&A feature to send a question by text to the host of the session during the session.

To chat, click on the "Live chat" button on the top right of the video. A chat box will openfor you to interact.

Note that Terms of Use apply when using this chat feature.

How do I close the chat?

If you prefer not to see the Live chat, you can close the chat thanks to the icon on the top left of the live chat.

Are the live sessions available in replay?

Most of the Press presentations and brand announcements will be available on replay, depending on each participating brand’s policy.

The Morning show and the Panel discussions will all be available on replay.

How can I watch a replay?

Go to the Program page and click on the "Replay" button of the session you have missed or would like to see again.

How can I watch a Brand announcement in replay?

Go to the Brand page, then click on "Watch Replay" on the announcement you would like to watch.

How can I watch the Morning Show in replay?

On the homepage you can watch the previous Morning Shows.

Why can't I have access to all the programs?

Some sessions might be limited to specific audiences defined by each session's host independently.

You will see in your Program all the sessions you have been invited to, or you can self-regitser to if you are eligible.

Note that some sessions might require a confirmation by the host of the session, or are limited in terms of attendees. In that case a message will be displayed on the session.

Is it possible to attend a brand session in place of another invited person?

No, all invitations and self-registration to sessions are personal.



How can I contact a Speaker?

If a 'Send a Message' button appears next to a Speaker you can contact the Speaker by clicking on it.

How can I contact an Attendee?

On the Attendees Directory page you can search and contact other attendees by clicing on the 'Send a Message' button next to his name.

How can I Contact a Brand?

You can find the Brands Contacts in the Directory of the event. You can also find contacts in each Exhibitor's Page.


Media Center

Can I download content from the Media Center?

You can download content by clicking on the "Download" icon of the content you are interested in.

Please note that only Journalists have access to the Media Center.



What should I do if I cannot attend a press presentation?

If you were invited or have self-registered to a Press presentation and could not attend the session, or want to see it again, you can see it in replay (if the Session Organizer has decided to propose this content in Replay).

Go to the Program page and click on the "Replay" button of the session. Note that the sessions are not immediately available in replay. It might need a few hours before you can access this content.
