Week-long festivities in the heart of Geneva!
 

Watchmaking is a passionate world, steeped in history and exploring it is a sensory experience. For the first time, Watches and Wonders took over the center of Geneva, to share this passion with everyone. With exhibitions planned in the watch boutiques, guided visits, a rally and conferences, the program was intense and exciting. Highlight of the week: a very lively evening on Thursday 30 March, with street artists, bands, and a concert from the electro star The Avener. What a program!

Program of the week

Throughout the week, the Watches and Wonders boutiques opened their doors to the public with specific animations highlighting their exceptional creations, craftsmanship and savoir-faire.

A special watchmaking rally was also organized for the enthusiasts who wanted to discover the treasures hidden in ALL the participating boutiques and pop-up stores.

For those more interested in the historical and cultural aspect of Watchmaking in Geneva, guided tours, visits and conferences were also arranged during this very eventful week.

An evening of street festivities on March 30

Watches and Wonders took over the streets of downtown Geneva from the Pont de la Machine to Place Longemalle, passing by the major watch brand boutiques and stores in Rue du Rhône.

With street artists, dancers, musicians and foodtrucks, the evening kicked off to a good start, ending with the amazing concert by the famous electro DJ/Producer, The Avener, which filled the quayside and had both locals and international visitors dancing to the rhythm of watch movements!
