Competition rules

Article 1: Organisation of the competition

The "Danny Khezzar x Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024" competition is organised by the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation,  located at 1 pont de la Machine, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser". This competition is in no way sponsored, supported or managed by Instagram.
 

Article 2: Participation

Participation to the competition is open to all physical persons aged 18 and over, with the exception of  members of the organising committee as well as  their families.

To take part, participants must meet the following conditions:

• Like the competition post.
• Follow theses two Instagram accounts @watchesandwonders and @dannykhezzar .
• Tag the person with who they wish to visit the Show with, who must also follow the above-mentioned accounts.
• To increase their chances of winning, participants can leave a🔥 emoji on the most recent posts of both the @watchesandwonders and @dannykhezzar  account feeds.

Article 3: Duration of the competition

The competition begins on the 22nd of March 2024 and ends on the 26th of March 2024 at 23:59 (CET).
 

Article 4: Selection of the winners

The two winners will be chosen through a random draw  amongst the  entered participants that meet the participation conditions. The draw will be carried out at random on the 27th of March 2024.

Article 5: Announcement of the winners

The winners will be announced on the Instagram account @watchesandwonders and contacted by direct message via the official @watchesandwonders account within 4 days of the end of the competition.

Article 6: Prizes

Each winner will receive two invitations to attend the Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024 Salon, valid during the public days between the 13th and 15th of April. Prizes are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Article 7: Publication of results

The results of the competition will be published on the Instagram account @watchesandwonders within 4 days of the end of the competition.

Article 8: Personal data

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used solely for the organisation and management of the competition. Under no circumstances will data be passed on to third parties.

Article 9: Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with this competition shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Canton of Geneva.
