Survey Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025’ competition rules

Article 1: Organisation of the competition

The "Survey Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025" competition is organised by the Watches and Wonders Geneva Foundation (WWGF), located at 1 pont de la Machine, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser". This competition is in no way sponsored, supported or managed by Instagram. 

Article 2: Participation

Participation to the competition is open to all physical persons aged 18 and over, with the exception of  members of the organising committee as well as their families.

To participate, participants must meet the following conditions:

  • To have participated in Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025;
  • Go to the page dedicated to the satisfaction survey;
  • Fill in the form with their personal details;
  • Complete and submit the satisfaction survey. 
Article 3: Duration of the competition

The competition begins on the 7th of April 2025 and ends on the 20th of June 2025 at 23:59 (CET). 

Article 4: Selection of the winner

The winner will be chosen by a software program that generates random selection. 

Article 5: Announcement of the winner

The winner will be contacted directly by email within 4 days of the end of the competition. 

Article 6: Prizes

The winner will each receive an invitation to attend Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026 for one day. Invitations are only valid for the public days of Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026. The prizes won are neither exchangeable nor refundable. 

Article 7: Personal data

The Organiser collects, processes and uses the personal data provided by the participant as part of his/her participation in the competition. When entering the competition, the Promoter collects personal information such as name, email address, contact number and any other information provided voluntarily. For more details on how the Organiser collects, uses and secures this data, please consult the privacy policy: https://www.watchesandwonders.com/fr/privacy-policy  

Article 8: Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with this competition shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Canton of Geneva.
