  • Accomodation

    Are you planning to book a hotel for your stay in Geneva?

    Visitors who have purchased a ticket for the public days benefit from preferential rates at partner hotels. Availability is guaranteed.

    Parking

    Parking lot P12 is reserved for visitors who selected this option when purchasing the Premium Package. On each floor, spaces are available for people with reduced mobility. These are located near the elevators and accessible to vehicles under two meters in height. Spaces for vehicles over two meters in height are available upon request.

    Premium Visitor Reception

    A dedicated desk is reserved for Premium ticket holders. It is located at Entrance 2 and allows visitors to collect their e‑badge.

    VIP Lounge

    The VIP Lounge is reserved for Premium visitors and is located at the heart of the exhibition. A bar, buffet, and relaxation area with sofas are available throughout the day. Hostesses are present to answer questions and assist with program organization. Watchmaking experts welcome visitors for the start of guided tours. Upon arrival, the Premium wristband is issued at the Lounge and provides access to various benefits.

    Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition. However, two outdoor smoking areas are available (La Terrasse and Le Patio).

    Central bars

    The Premium wristband entitles visitors to complimentary drinks at all central bars.

  • The Salon takes place at GENEVA PALEXPO, 10 minutes from Geneva city center. It is easily accessible from Geneva International Airport, Geneva Cornavin train station, and the motorway.

    By shuttle

    A free shuttle service is provided in partnership with Geneva Public Transport (TPG) throughout the duration of the Salon. Shuttles connect Watches and Wonders Geneva, partner hotels, and the airport.

    They are authorized to use bus lanes, ensuring fast connections.

    By bus

    TPG bus lines 5, 50, and 59 serve the stop “Grand-Saconnex, Palexpo.”

    For the public days ticket holders:
    The Salon ticket also serves as a transport pass during the public opening days. It is valid on the indicated day(s) for a round trip, from 2 hours before opening until 2 hours after closing, within the unireso “Tout Genève” zone 10, in 2nd class.

    By train

    The CFF “Genève-Aéroport” station is located a few minutes’ walk from Palexpo. It is regularly connected to Cornavin station in central Geneva, providing access to national connections.

    From the airport

    The airport is located a few minutes’ walk from Palexpo. TPG bus lines 5, 50, and 59 connect the airport to the “Grand-Saconnex, Palexpo” stop.

    By car

    Take the A1 freeway to access Palexpo via the “Genève Aéroport” exit. Road signs indicate the way to the venue.

    Parking P12

    Parking lot P12 is reserved for visitors who selected this option when purchasing the Premium Package. On each floor, spaces are available for people with reduced mobility. These are located near the elevators and accessible to vehicles under two meters in height. Spaces for vehicles over two meters in height are available upon request.

    Parking P48

    Parking lot P48 is accessible to all visitors. It is a paid facility and open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Free shuttles connect parking lot P48 to Palexpo.

  • Access to Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026

    Two entrances are available for visitors holding an accreditation.

    Visitors reception

    The accreditation desk is located at Entrance 1. It is intended for invited visitors who need to finalize their registration and obtain their access badge.

    Premium Package Welcome desk

    A dedicated desk at Entrance 2 is reserved for Premium ticket holders.

    Airport Welcome desk

    Watches and Wonders Geneva staff are present at Geneva Airport to welcome and assist visitors upon arrival.

  • To facilitate your entry to the Salon:

    1. Ensure that your profile is « Ready for check-in ». If not, verify that a compliant profile photo has been uploaded. You can check your profile status here: My Account
    2. It is essential that you bring your e-badge and proof of identity, as rigorous security and identity checks will be carried out on site.

     

    Profile photo requirements

    The photo must be recent (less than six months old) and resemble you on the day of entry.
    For children under 12 (child tickets), the accompanying person’s photo may be provided.

    Format
    • The face must occupy 70–80% of the photo. 
    • The image should be in a 3:4 format and of good quality. 
    Brightness, contrast and colour
    • The photo should be neither over-nor underexposed.
    • It should have good contrast, with no shadows on the face or in the background.
    • Photos in color are strongly recommended. 
    Background
    • The background should be plain.  
    Head
    • The head must be uncovered (no hats, scarves or headbands).
    • The head must be straight and facing the camera. 
    Face and eyes
    • The face must be fully visible.
    • The eyes must be perfectly visible and open. 
    Hair
    • Hair must not cover the face.
    • Bangs are acceptable as long as they do not cover the eyes. 
    Glasses and frames

    If the person wears glasses, they do not have to wear them in the picture.
    However, if they do wear them: 

    • The frame must not be thick and must not hide the eyes.
    • The lenses must not be tinted or coloured and must not reflect light.

  • Info Desks

    Info desks are open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20. They provide guidance within the halls, information about "In the City", and other useful details.

    Cloakrooms

    Two cloakrooms are located at the entrances, after the security gates. Visitors can leave their luggage and coats free of charge.

    Reduced mobility

    All areas of the exhibition are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upon arrival, the reception teams can assist visitors. An accompanying person may be added free of charge on site, upon presentation of proof.

    Smoking Area (La Terrasse - Le Patio)

    Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the exhibition. Two outdoor smoking areas are available: La Terrasse and Le Patio.

    Press Center

    The Press Center is reserved for journalists. It offers a comfortable, secure, and fully equipped workspace. Light meals are also available.

    Workspaces

    Workspaces are available in the Salon, fully equipped for your comfort.

  • Central bars

    The central bars are located along the main aisles. They are open to all visitors and offer a wide selection of meals and drinks, including a children’s menu.
