The fine art of Anglage & swiss Michelin starred culinary experienceDiscover a live anglage demonstration by our Manufacture experts with a swiss Michelin-inspired culinary touch.
Step inside our Manufacture universe for an immersive experience that bridges haute horlogerie and haute cuisine. Guided by our Master anglage experts, attendees will witness the meticulous hand-finishing techniques that define the Vallée de Joux — birthplace of mechanical miniaturisation and the cradle of watchmaking complications. Throughout the demonstration, visitors will discover how precision, patience and craft shape every component long before it becomes part of a calibre.
To complement this savoir-faire, a Swiss Michelin-inspired culinary interpretation will be served, echoing the same values of discipline, material mastery and sensory refinement. This unprecedented encounter celebrates the shared language between two worlds where time, gesture and excellence matter.
An exclusive occasion to engage with our artisans, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of what truly lies behind the art of fine watchmaking.
