Designed to offer a gourmet and creative interlude, these workshops provide a genuine introduction to the world of chocolate, comprising:

Gastronomy, much like haute horlogerie, is a matter of precision and patience. In this spirit, TheFork has partnered with the expertise of La Table de Chivrageon, a biological micro-farm and Table d'hote, to offer you an exploration into the secrets of fermentation.

Come and discover the effects of time on your favorite foods through this living alchemy. Far from immediacy, fermentation is an ode to maturation, transforming raw ingredients into treasures of aromatic complexity.

Using modern techniques and traditional craftsmanship in tension with current forms and uses, each proposal offers a unique interpretation of time and reflects a generation of designers who think about the rhythm of life beyond its measurement.

The exhibition becomes a space of encounters between disciplines, materials and rhythms. Watch, jewelry, fashion, accessory: Different media, a common theme that reveals the creative richness of our departments at HEAD - Geneva.

Children's Chocolate Workshop: Make and personalize your own chocolate bar

The professionals at La Bonbonnière will entertainingly recount the history and stages of chocolate production while offering tastings of different chocolate varieties to awaken the children's palates to the subtle aromas of chocolate.

Then, the children will learn a few basics about chocolate making and use their creativity to make a watch-shaped bar, which they can customize to their liking with a wide range of gourmet toppings (chopped hazelnuts, caramelized almonds, pistachios, dried fruit, etc.).

Through a syphon extraction — both visually striking and precise — participants are invited to experience a special moment built around one strictly timed central minute: the Perfect Minute. During this instant, coffee is not yet tasted; it is observed as it evolves and reveals itself, much like watching a mechanical movement in action.

This experience highlights the shared values of specialty coffee and watchmaking: mastery of the gesture, precision of time and attention to detail. Participants will gain a sensory insight into how time shapes matter, and discover how one perfectly mastered minute can transform an experience.

Each visitor receives a numbered Time Card indicating the brewing method, the exact duration of the minute, as well as the date and time, serving as a tangible reminder of the moment.

Pornopolis was born within the rave scene organized by the Geneva-based collective Metal Dance. After multiple appearances on Couleur 3, curating the Gonzo Sport Club nights, and performing regularly at Canal 54, they remain driven by their deep-rooted love for the 80s and 90s.

Over the years, their music has taken them across Switzerland and throughout Europe—from Berlin (Automaticamore) to Barcelona (Glove Party), and from Paris (Confetti) to Dublin and Lisbon.

The duo invites listeners to dive into a world where music speaks directly to the Dionysian spirit of the dancers, tearing through the established order. Their sonic universe lives at the intersection of disco, Italo, and new beat.

Leo Middea is a Brazilian singer-songwriter born in Rio de Janeiro in 1995 and currently based in Barcelona.
